"I have been gaining knowledge from Kris since I was 13 years old just starting out on my fitness journey. Since that time, I've competed in many powerlifting meets. After my most recent meet I really wanted to get my nutrition back on track, so I started working with Kris 1:1 with nutrition. My powerlifting numbers have been steadily going up since then due to her helping teach me how to properly fuel my body.
